This sauce makes the best dip for carrots, a phenomenal salad dressing, a great addition to beans and rice, delicious on lettuce wraps, and so much more. The options are endless!

Beet Gnocchi with Walnut Pesto!!
This beet gnocchi with walnut pesto has a delicious flavor. The gnocchi is sweet by itself, and the pesto compliments it so well. It has a similar texture to fresh pasta, light, soft and just a little bit chewy.
I love vegan sushi. It definitely is one of my top 5 favorite foods, and that is saying a lot because I have A LOT of favorite foods. Sometimes it can be frustrating. It can be hard to find good vegan sushi. #vegansushiprobs
